Teresa Venditti
Client Service Representative
Terri joined the Saltmarsh team in October of 1999, bringing 30 years of insurance experience. Her specialty is claims. Terri's extensive knowledge of, and depth of expertise in, personal lines, enable her to give you answers quickly, ferret out the best deal and save you a considerable amount of time and money.
She is also fluent in Italian!
Donna Giglio
Client Service Representative
Donna came on board in 1988, bringing 10 years of claims expertise
to benefit our clients. Her commitment, "can-do" attitude
and personal concern are attributes our clients find particularly
invaluable in Donna's astute management of their personal
coverage. Donna is also a licensed agent.
Alice St. Martin
Assistant Service Representative
"The Voice of Saltmarsh"
Alice has been with the Saltmarsh Agency since 1984. She is one of our two team members who handle the critical job of being the first voice our clients hear — an essential assurance especially in this time of frustrating voice-mail labyrinths. Alice is warm, friendly and possesses the knowledge and expertise to answer many of our clients' questions.
Denise Dempsey
Accounting Manager/Resident Systems Expert
Denise has been with the Saltmarsh Agency since 1975. Over the years Denise has worn many hats in our agency. She was a service rep for 10 years. She is also a licensed agent. For the past 15 years she has managed our accounting. Because of her years of experience, Denise is able to fill in and offer assistance in all areas of our agency making her an indispensable resource that we and our clients have come to implicitly rely on.
Claire Galvin
Commercial Lines Account Representative
Claire Galvin became a member of the Saltmarsh team in 2008. She is our commercial lines account rep. Claire began her insurance career in 1982 focusing on the personal lines side of things. She is a licensed agent. Her extensive knowledge of the business, her commitment to service and her ability to handle all areas of insurance both personal and commercial has made her a very valuable asset to our agency.
Kathleen McSweeney
Customer Service Representative
Kathleen joined us in 2003. She comes to Saltmarsh with 20 years experience in the insurance industry. She handles personal lines as well as provides assistance to Kathy Wright in the commercial lines department. Kathleen is also a licensed agent.

with eight years of experience. Sonia is fluent in Spanish,
