Donna Giglio
Client Service Representative
Donna came on board in 1988, bringing with her 10 years of claims expertise to benefit our clients. Her commitment and take charge “can-do” attitude with a personal concern to each client’s needs are attributes our customers find particularly invaluable. Donna's astute management of their personal coverage helps her provide the best on-going maintenance, support and communication to her clients while delivering reliable, quality service each time. Donna is also a licensed agent.

Alice has been with the Saltmarsh Agency since 1984. One of our two team members who handle the critical job of being the first voice our clients hear. She is an essential assurance, especially in this time of frustrating voice-mail labyrinths—guiding your call to the right person. Alice is warm, friendly and possesses the knowledge and problem solving expertise to answer many of our clients’ questions.
Kathleen O'Donnell
Client Service Representative
Kathie joined the Saltmarsh team in October of 2011, bringing with her over 40 years of insurance experience. Kathie is a licensed agent, and has extensive knowledge and depth of expertise in personal lines, which enable her to give answers quickly while ferreting out the best deal, saving considerable amounts of time and money. Her dedication to providing the best in customer service to our clients is evident in her daily activities and we are happy to welcome her to our team!
Denise Dempsey
Accounting Manager/Resident Systems Expert
Denise has been a part of the Saltmarsh team since 1975. Over the years Denise has worn many hats in our agency. She was a service representative for 10 years. For the past 26 years she has managed our accounting. She is also a licensed agent. Because of her years of experience, Denise is able to multi-task, assisting all the departments in the agency, making her an indispensable resource upon which both our clients and Saltmarsh have come to implicitly rely. She also plays another critical role in the business development-end of Saltmarsh. Denise is responsible for all organization-wide marketing, advertising and client communications. She is in charge of developing marketing campaigns, new advertising venues and sending out e-blasts to keep our communications with our clients up-to-date with the latest insurance news and more. She is always learning the latest technology and integrating it into the agency to keep us ahead.
Claire Galvin
Commercial Lines Account Representative
Claire became a member of the Saltmarsh team in 2008. She is our commercial lines account representative. She began her insurance career in 1982 focusing on the personal lines side of the business. She is a licensed agent. Claire is a dedicated representative and is committed to giving clients and companies the personal service that they deserve. Her years of experience, extensive knowledge and ability to handle all areas of insurance, both personal and commercial, have made her a very valuable asset to our agency.
Lois Koffman
Customer Service Representative
Lois joined the Saltmarsh team after working at the Carroll Agency and has over 20 years of experience in the personal lines industry. Lois is no exception to the commitment we have to provide top level service. She is dedicated to helping customers solve problems and answer questions efficiently. Her knowledge and expertise has proven to be a great asset to our team!
Kathleen McSweeney

Kathleen joined our agency in 2003. She brought along 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. She handles personal lines as well as provides assistance to Claire Galvin in the commercial lines department. Kathleen is devoted to working with customers to answer questions, ease concerns and solve problems quickly. Kathleen is also a licensed agent.

Receptionist
Carolyn shares the front desk receptionist tasks with Alice St. Martin. The two of them work well together making sure that the customers’ needs are met. Carolyn has a welcoming voice and assuring attitude that will let customers know that they are in good hands!
Bunny Carroll
Office Support
Bunny is another important member of our talented team. She was instrumental in going paperless and switched the agency to scanning. She shares her experience by filling in at the front desk. Bunny also offers clerk support and handles billing.
Joan Garvey
Customer Service Assistant
Joan has been with the Saltmarsh Agency for 9 years. She assists the representatives, provides office support and helps with the daily duties of the business. Joan lends a hand wherever is needed around the office and is a wonderful asset to our team!
