To Our Valued Customers,
I just wanted to reach out to all of you to let you know that we at the Saltmarsh Insurance Agency will continue to be here for you throughout the Coronavirus pandemic. We realize that this pandemic is an evolving situation, and the health, safety and well-being of our employees and customers is of the utmost importance to us.
At the present time, and out of an abundance of caution (there has been no identified risk), we are reducing our in-office hours to 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Monday-Friday so that we can minimize the time that our valued employees are sharing office space. Additionally, we sanitize all common areas of our office several times per day and we have hand sanitizer available to all. Some of our staff are working remotely, to further mitigate the number of employees in our working space.
Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, we understand you may need us to report a claim, to insure a recently purchased home or automobile, to assist you in making your policy payments, or to answer any other questions you may have regarding your policies. We can do much of this through email, post mail, and telephone, so please contact the office to determine how we can effectuate your particular needs in the safest possible way.
