Donna came on board in 1988, bringing with her 10 years of claims expertise to benefit our clients. Her commitment and take charge “can-do” attitude with a personal concern to each client’s needs are attributes our customers find particularly invaluable. Donna’s astute management of their personal coverage helps her provide the best on-going maintenance, support and communication to her clients while delivering reliable, quality service each time. Donna is a licensed agent with CISR designation.

Kathleen joined our agency in 2003. She brought along 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. She handles personal lines as well as provides assistance in the commercial lines department. Kathleen is devoted to working with customers to answer questions, ease concerns and solve problems quickly. Kathleen is also a licensed agent.
