Kathleen joined our agency in 2003 and she brought along 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. She primarily handles personal lines; however, Kathleen has extensive knowledge in many areas and provides assistance in the commercial lines department. Kathleen is devoted to working with customers to answer questions, ease concerns and solve problems quickly. Kathleen is a self-starter and is keenly interested in each customer’s needs and she tailors each account based on our customers’ particular circumstances. Kathleen is also a licensed agent and is constantly scouring publications and articles to remain current with changes in the insurance industry
